Yes, it's only February, but as the seeds are beginning to stir beneath the ground, so to is your body making the shift from winter to spring. Maybe you feel restless, agitated, irritated ('cabin fever') at this time of year, or succumb to spring colds.

Join us as we share some holistic and healthy insights and suggestions for how you can navigate the changing of the seasons with ease, and meet the Spring with health and vitality!

Posturing for Health: Qigong with Bodyworkers, Bill Bryan and Gina Loree Marks

Our ten-week series is a hands-on presentation of the Eight Pieces of Brocade, translated through our understanding of Western anatomy in a relaxed and informative way.

You will learn both a standing and sitting set of exercises, through the use of powerpoint presentations, hand-outs and discussion, as well as a copy of Dr Yang, Jwing-Ming's book, "Eight Simple Qigong Exercises for Health", which is included in the class price.

Enough time is given in each class to discuss insights, challenges and questions you may have, as well as encouragement to track your progress throughout the series.
 

The class investment is $180 prepaid (register by March 14th for the early bird price of $175!)

Tempo! is offering Music Together

These groups are facilitated by music therapists and are a safe and fun environment for families to attend together.  Many times families with a child with disabilities are running around to different therapies and the siblings of these children get brought along as well. 
They offer a place for everyone to come together as a family!
